We are looking forward to the opportunity to serve your homes needs! A couple of things to prepare you for your upcoming consultation and services with our team;
1. You will receive a confirmation text confirming your appointment the day before. If we do not hear from you by the start of the next business day, we will assume that you no longer need the consultation and the appointment will be removed from our schedule.
2. Our consults are scheduled in 30 minute increments. Please ensure you have all your needs ready to be addressed as our team has multiple appointments throughout the day.
3. Cancellation Policy: Consultations not cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50.00 Late Cancellation Fee.
4. At the consultation, we will gather all of the information from you that we need in order to provide an accurate estimate for the services requested. Our team will look over the information and deliver an estimate to you within 24-48 hours.. Once you receive the estimate, you will have the opportunity to review and ask questions prior to accepting or declining. Once the estimate has been approved and accepted, our team will reach out to you to schedule your services.
4. Our estimates do not include fees for moving furniture, disposing of old material, appliances, or the like. However, if you would like us to include these services in the estimate, please let us know during the consultation. There are a few options we have for our clients in regards to the disposal of items and would be happy to discuss those with you during the consultation.
5. All invoice totals are subject to change in the event additional services and items are requested during the service appointment. Please note, that because of the way we schedule our jobs, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accomodate these add-ons same day. If we are not, someone from our team will follow up with you and schedule an appointment along with sending an updated invoice.
6. All invoices will be due at the time services are completed unless you are enrolled in a monthly maintenance subscription. Those invoices are due at the beginning of each month. All of our estimates include a 3% convenience fee. However, should you pay with Cash, Check, Venmo, or Zelle, this fee will be removed prior to payment being requested.
